Lube it carefully, spinning the rear wheel by hand and spraying the lube onto the chain&#8217;s inner run.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: large; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Check the chain adjustment regularly. Use a large socket to release the axle nut, then turn the adjusters slowly and evenly to take out any excess slack and keep the rear wheel alignment true. Once you&#8217;re happy, retighten the axle nut. </span></p>
